We collect only essential information required to verify owner accounts and deliver visit requests to the property owner.
2. Phone Number Protection Against Scraping
Owner phone numbers are never displayed publicly on listing pages to protect owners from broker spam and automated scraping.
3. Automatic 48-Hour Purge of Ownership Proofs
Uploaded utility bills or ownership deeds are stored on an isolated private disk and permanently purged 48 hours after moderation.
4. User Rights to Modify & Delete Data
Every user has the right to update their profile, deactivate listings, or request full account deletion at any time.
