Sakan Sohag is an online advertising and technical venue connecting property owners, seekers, and students directly. The platform is NOT a real estate broker ('semsar'), charges 0% commission, and is not a party to any lease or sales agreement executed between the parties.
1. Nature of the Platform (Zero-Commission 0% Commission Direct Listing Portal)
Sakan Sohag operates as a direct real estate listing portal connecting property owners in Sohag with home seekers with 0% brokerage commission.
2. Strict Prohibition of Brokers & Middlemen
Brokers and middlemen charging commissions to tenants or buyers are strictly prohibited; violating accounts are permanently banned.
3. Listing Accuracy & Moderation
Owners must provide accurate photos, pricing, licensing/reconciliation status, and utility meter details.
4. Limitation of Liability
All contractual and financial agreements occur directly between the owner and tenant/buyer after in-person inspection.
